Mr. Vishnu V Bhat, CMD-SysFoCon is the chief mentor of the company.

Canara Bank:- He commenced his career in Canara Bank in the year 1980 and went on working in the Bank till 2001.

He worked in Canara Bank in various capacities beginning from Clerk through office and Manager-IT. As a core banker he has wide live experience with retail and corporate banking, agricultural finance, Got. Sponsored schemes, the issues related with RBI/NABARD and so on.

Canara Bank was the first Bank to implement Infosys software, presently known as ‘Finacle’. Mr. Bhat joined the IT Section of the Bank in 1994 and ensure the successful implementation of banking software in various branches till he took voluntary retirement as Manager in 2001.

Standard Trust Bank:- Mr. Bhat joined ‘Standard Trust Bank’ as GH-IT (equivalent to GM-IT), Lagos, Nigeria and was total incharge of implementing CBS along with various customer delivery channels. He worked there till 2002.

In 2002, Mr Bhat worked as consultant to ‘Charterhouse Bank’, Nairobi, Kenya, SBI Nepal Bank, Nepal, ICICI Bank.

During 2002-2003, Mr. Bhat visited nearly 200+ Banks to understand the real issues involved with IT Implementation in Banks. The outcome of the same was

SysFoCon commenced its business in 2003 as proprietorship form and then re constituted as Private Limited company in 2004. Renowned and expert IT-savvy bankers joined together to form the company.
